How to contact technical support
1. Frequently Asked Questions - This is the easiest and fastest way to resolve a problem. Every known problem is covered here and is constantly updated! This elminates the need to call tech-support during business hours or on weekends.
This is found within the program by clicking on the Help menu and then choose Go To FAQ URL...
2. Email - From within pcFORMationÔ click on the Help menu and choose Email Technical Support.
3. Phone - Call 408-947-2107 for PC technical support. Technicians hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
4. Fax - From within pcFORMationÔ in the form list there is the seperate form Software Trouble Report. Please fill out as much information as possible and fax to technical support at 408-947-2120.
