How to set up the Owner/Agent signature for CAA
1. The California Apartment Association forms have 2 places where the Landlord or Agent can sign. If the landlord is signing the form, they sign in area 1.
If a manager is signing for the landlord, they type the name of the landlord in area 1, check the box and sign in area 2.
If there is a property management company, they can enter their name in the third line.
2. To use the pre-tagged signature location for area 1, you would put the name (optional) and email address of the landlord in the first set of fields.

The signature location will appear in the left-most field.

3. To use the pre-tagged signature location for area 2, you would put the name (optional) and email address of the landlord in the second set of fields.

The signature location will appear in the center field.
