Maximum Number of Units (Addresses)
This applies to Regular Members of the San Francisco Apartment Association Only.
1. Based on your account with the San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA) you are limited in the number of addresses you can enter into the formsRus.com system. This is based on the number of units you have registered with SFAA. It assumes that each unit has 1 address, with an additional 5 addresses as a courtesy.
2. An address can be used on multiple leases (for renewals, changes,
etc.) as long as it is entered the exact same way. (1 Easy St. SF, CA is considered different from 1 Easy St. San Francisco, CA).
3. There are several ways to ensure that you are not creating duplicate, slightly different addresses.
a. You can use the Auto-fill function and the Client and Property Profile to fill in forms. This will put the same information in the auto-filled spots.
b. You can use a saved form with the address and unit you need, make a copy and change everything but the address and unit. As long as the address and unit don't change, the address will not be considered a new address.
