1. The Integrated Property/Client List


The new Property/Client list shows the properties with the clients associated with those properties listed below. You can re-order the list by clicking on the appropriate heading.

You can also search for a specific property or client by entering the term in -Search- field and click the Search button. The system will search every word in each of the columns and show all the entries. In the list above, if you type "Smith" the system will return both "Sam Smith" and "Tom Smith and Teri Jones".

You can search for any word in a column. If you are looking for 32nd Street Duplex #1 you can search for "32nd", "Street", "Duplex", or "#1".

You can delete entries by clicking on the Enable Bulk Delete button and checking the box on the left that appear and then clicking the Bulk Selected Delete button.

To create a new Property or Resident/Tenant click the Add New button in the upper right.

To edit the information on a client, click the line the property or client is in.
