How do I use the On-Line Forms?
To use the On-Line Forms with Mac OSX you need the following:
1. Safari 1.3 or later;
2. Mac OSX version 10.3 or later;
3. Adobe Reader 7.0 or later.
You can get updates to Safari and OSX at http://www.apple.com . NOTE that upgrading to OSX version 10.3 from an earlier version of OSX is NOT a free upgrade.
You can get the latest version of Adobe Reader by going to the On-Line Forms Log-In page and clicking on the Get Acrobat button. This will take you to the Adobe Reader Download page. Make sure you select the correct version of your Mac OS.
Once you have finished the installation of Acrobat Reader, restart your computer.
Once the computer is back up, launch Acrobat Reader from the icon. If a dialog comes up asking if you want to configure Reader to open Pdf's in the browser, click Yes.
