How do I create a pdf out of a form?

OSX
Step 1. Go to the File Menu and select Print.
Step 2. Click on the PDF drop-down menu (OS 10.4) or the Save as PDF button (OS 10.3 or earlier).
    2a. If you use the PDF Menu, select Save as PDF.

Step 3. Name the pdf and choose a location to save it to.

OS 9
To create a pdf from a form in OS 9 you will need the full version of Adobe Acrobat. Acrobat Reader will not create pdfs.

Step 1. Once you have installed Acrobat you can go to the Apple menu and select Chooser.
Step 2. You will see a driver called Acrobat™ pdfWriter. Select it and then print the form.
Step 3. Name the pdf and choose a location to save it to.

Once you have created the pdf you can email it.
