How do I open a new form?

Step 1. To open a new form, you can do one of the following:

    a. Select "Open a New Form File" from the OpenChoice dialog box when the program first launches.
    b. Go to the File menu and select New>Blank Form.
    c. Press CMD-N.

Step 4. Click on the MacFORMation folder in the left hand column. Its content will appear on the right hand.

Step 5. Find the Forms folder with the most recent date in the right hand column. All forms folders are named "Assn" Forms as of "MM/YY."

Step 6. Select the form you want to open and click Open. You can only open 1 form at a time.

How do I save a form?

Step 1. Once you have filled out the form go to the File menu and select Save.

Step 2. In the Save dialog, navigate to where you want to save the form. Click the Save button.

NOTE: Make sure that you rename your saved forms and don't save the forms in the New Forms folder, as you may write over the new form file.
